Tishman Construction served as Construction Manager for the 758-room Swan, a full service, convention-oriented luxury resort located between EPCOT Center and the Disney-MGM Studios Theme Park. The Walt Disney World Swan’s dramatic architecture features twin 47-foot-high swan sculptures, which grace the roofline of the hotel, and a pattern of waves, painted in blue-green and coral tones on its façade. The hotel houses a 23,000-square-foot ballroom, 11,000 square feet of meeting facilities, a fitness club, three restaurants and two lounges. A pedestrian causeway through Crescent Lake links the hotel with its sister property, the Dolphin – another Tishman project.
