Tishman Construction served as the Owner's Representative to St. Albans School for the construction of Marriott Hall - a 70,000-square-foot renovation and addition which provides the school with additional classroom, office, and student space.

The new building creates a unified Upper School by linking the upper and lower elevations. Marriott Halll also provides students and faculty with breathtaking views of the Washington National Cathedral, Olmsted Woods and National Mall.
